Training and Development
Scot Events members are able to provide your organisation with a training & development service which focuses on employee training and employee development with a view to enhancing the group performance within organisations in Scotland and the UK. Working in Scotland and throughout the UK, Scot Events members will start the process with a thorough diagnostic of existing employee training and employee development, assessing areas for improvement within the team’s performance. An intervention will then be designed and delivered which will go beyond conventional training ensuring that development is progressive and experiential, learning by doing.
Scot Events members are also adept at facilitating the transfer of the employee development to the workplace, making sure that the knowledge and techniques acquired during the training are retained and used into the future.
