Team Challenges
Corporate team challenge events come in all shapes and sizes, some "of the shelf" and some entirely unique to you and your group. A team challenge event will be on in which the group or a number of teams within a group are presented with a problem which must be solved within give time and rule constraints. The event might include a series of problems around which teams will rotate, or a single large problem or challenge which the group must overcome collaboratively. These specialised team building events will challenge characteristics of effective team work and with appropriate facilitation and action planning, can contribute towards enhancing the performance of teams back at work. Scotland has a number of organisations who specialise in this area of events and are experts in designing and delivering corporate team building events and challenges throughout Scotland.
