Mystery Shopper
Scot Events members undertake mystery shopping assignments throughout Scotland and nationwide across the UK to highlight how customers may see and approach your company or organisation, and how your staff react under different conditions or situations.
Our members offer a customised mystery shopping service which is tailored to you, and your budget. Mystery shopping can range from a retail or hospitality unit, to a telephone or web and email survey. Promotion and event staff can be briefed to create different situations and to report back on their findings.
