The email addresses and other personal information that is collected for the ScotEvents.com newsletters are stored securely at our email service provider, Kahzoo.co.uk. Your email address is kept on Kahzoo.co.uk's system for the purposes of distributing the email newsletter and will never be disclosed or sold to any third parties.
Removal
Instructions on how to remove your email address from future ScotEvents.com mailings can be found at the bottom of the newsletters. Alternatively you may wish to use our automated removal system by emailing scotevents@kahzoo.co.uk with the word unsubscribe in the subject of the email.
Complaints and Abuse
ScotEvents.com endeavor to send relevant information in a responsible manner. However, if you find that the content, or frequency, of emails is cause for concern all complaints will be dealt with appropriately if directed to abuse@kahzoo.co.uk.

Our newsletter uses tracking technology that monitors how many people have opened it and what links are clicked on. This information isn't linked to specific people but allows us to get a general feel for the success of topics in the newsletter.
